anyway, was tasked by twintwin to pen some funny (G) things down,
am sure we can keep laughing for a long time.

this morning, twintwin was at budget meeting, and i was left alone with cindy.
overheard her talking to vendor etc. when asked our office add,
she told him - kent rick road,
but thats not the shocking thing.
i almost flipped when i heard her spell kent ride road.
that seat is really cursed, after IT and after GG,
we're so damn sure of the fact that whoever sits there will turn GG.

yesterday was IT's wedding, and the birth of Mr. and Mrs. IT.
doesnt look funny when penned down, but when we talk about it,
we can talk rubbish and invent stories around this topic for a very long time :P

i'm so tormented ... by the pain at the back of my mouth.
dunno is it gum infection or wisdom tooth growing,
or purely because of the unbearable heat.
the pain is affecting my mood, my appetite, how i talk and how i look.
looks like a one-sided pufferfish >.<

hopefully am able to secure an appt with the dentist on monday,
and that everything could be quickly settled.
booooooo for now........

Was tasked by TT to upload this incident...super hilarious!!!

Incident Report
Date: 20 October 2009 (Tuesday)
Venue: Jurong Point Shopping Centre (Level 4 near the Arcade)
Time: Approximately 8+pm
Witnesses: Twintwin, Din din and En en

After the 3 of us are done with our hao wan de ji, went to the Arcade to try my luck at the UFO catcher. Wasted 4 bucks on it...Sianz~

Then as we walked along the shopfront, we chanced upon a shop (Can't remember the exact name...Should be Cards n' Such) and TT exclaimed loudly to Din Din: Ni bu hui xi huan zhe ge green merlion ba? (that was quite an ugly jade-like Merlion at the display...) So without thinking much, I exclaimed loudly back: Ni bu yao yi wei shi qing se ta jiu xi huan hor. And before I realise it...I saw a man wearing a green tee right in front of us...looking shocked...Think he thought we were talking about him....super paiseh loh... The 3 of us tahan till we were further away before we started laughing hysterically...

we are back from our short shopping (re-energizing) trip !
my first trip with my beloved boyfriend and twintwin,
and i wanna more to come.

brief recollections (after-trip summary)

Day 1 x 081009

parents sent boyfriend and me to airport,
met up with twintwin and her bb, and off we flew to bkk at 1055hr.
upon reaching, we had to take a shuttle bus to the airport itself.
it was my first time, probably the last time as its quite inconvenient.
my first time taking airasia -.-

checked in to baiyoke sky hotel, the tallest hotel in bangkok.
the room is spacious and room view is pretty too.
shortly after, we officially started our shopping craze !
first stop - platinum fashion mall. total of 6 levels for us to shop.
quite restrained on the first day (not warmed up yet, i supposed)
bk to hotel, counted, and disappointed at my chiong-ness.
only bought 5 items. damn unlike me.
boyfriend was surprised too and encouraged me to shop for the following days.
what a darling he is ! :P

in the evening, we went makan @ suan lom.
main purpose is to meet up with weibin and his gf, who are also in bkk =)
6 of us had dinner, beer and lychee martini (which didnt taste like it)
after that, twintwin and her bb left for their own shopping.
the 4 of us continue chatting till about 10pm,
went for oil massage after that.
back to hotel about 11+pm. slept sweetly with boyfriend by my side.

Day 2 x 091009

wakey and had breakfast at the 77th level at 9am.
today's itinerary is going to MBK and nearby for shopping.
as it was still early when we reached, we went for a movie : Sorority Row.
a thriller/horror movie. scared by it a few times -.-
before the movie started, the 4 of us childlike behaviour emerge.
we went fooling around at the arcade =)

we shopped the entire day at MBK and 'far east'.
it's more of boyfriend's world at MBK, he bought lots of tops and berms.
shopping made him a happy man too.
we had dinner at ajisen. their menu is different from ours in sg.
i had spicy thai seafood ramen, the soup base was superb !
back to hotel, pack abit and off to lalaland.

Day 3 x 101009

its the weekend !!
and of course its time for .....chatuchak aka JJ market =P
we set off at 10am, and combed the lanes for 7-8hours till evening.
the weather was unbearable but still its all worth it, for the sake of shopping.
hiak hiak. bf bought 2 pairs of shoes, tops + many others.
of course not as many as my shopping loots.
it rained just as we're making our way back to the hotel.
back in our room 1h later (caught in major jam),
we quickly bathe and dry ourselves.
our dinner was the cup noodles we bought on the first night.
cosy feeling, having boyfriend by my side, and makan-ing hot noodles.
love nua-ing with him.

Day 4 x 111009

sadly, its the last day of our 4-day trip today.
but still, we chiong to the very last.
最后的冲刺at Platinum.
bought many mnay things today, feel so shiok,
but poor boyfriend carry so many things for me.
but he told me - as long deardear is happy i will be happy le.
so sweet =)
our flight is at 6.15pm,
slept most of the time in the plane on his shoulders,
the most comfy place on earth (other than in his arms).
and our wonderful, fun, sweet trip ended when boyfriend sent me home.

took the day off to rest and get back to reality.
back to office life is busy busy and busy like a bee.
but, twintwin and i hold on because of each other.
GG had left, and now we both think there's another person who may be able to take GG's place (in terms of doing and saying GG things to make us laugh).
hope GG's aura is not toooooo strong.

as i'm tying this entry,
realised that my dearest twintwin is on leave tomorrow.
miss her liao...

Been back from BKK for about a week...and it's work work and more work since we have been away for a week... Guess what...? Forgot to turn our out-of-office assistant on, so Esther, Kathy all thought I GL and refuse to answer their calls/emails...lol!

sunday x 270909

accompanied boyfriend to his brother's wedding.
held at chervons country club, the ballroom was quite big to my surprise.
i enjoy going to weddings, always feel very 幸福 when viewing the couple's photos
and how their love story unfolds over the years.
boyfriend insisted bringing me to the dinner, as he wanted to intro me to all his friends.
but in the end, didnt intro leh =x
though he said 'i keep holding your hand, everyone knows you're my girl'. lol =p

the groom's 'errr.. i do' reply really did made me giggle. i think he's too nervous.
boyfriend assured me he wouldnt 'errr..emm..' when its out turn.
quite tickled when he told me that, but i couldnt stop smiling (in my heart) coz
this means he wanna marry me. lol ~

most of the time i think marriage is blissful
and filled with many happiness and blessings,
but sometimes think its kinda scary too.
i'm thinking, till its my time, i may suffer from pre-marriage blues ba.
anyway, my target age to be off the shelve is 25, which is in a freaking year's time !
as i re-evaluate now, hmmm guess should be in another 2-3 years ba.

quite abit on my love-relationship-marriage kind of update.
next up....meetup with my lovely friends ~

wednesday x 300909

finally met up with my dearest girlies...feon and cheryl,
after a long wait of 6 months plus.
glad that we're still so comfy with each other, and i'm sure we miss one another !
feon flew off to taiwan the next day,
she sure will have lots of fun on her trip, looking forward to our next meeup ~
cheryl, the lovely bride-to-be will then be updating us on more of her wedding preparations =)

its children's day~
and i met up with my brothers who are forever acting like children. lol.
cheewee, terence, fanny, and of course twintwin went with me.
dinner at coffee club followed like drinks at walawala.

friday x 021009

glad that am able to catch up with dorries and canny before we fly off to bangkok.
this time round, i brought twintwin along too.
before meeting them, we had dessert (mango dunno-what)
and our meetup ended off with dessert too (durian mango pamelo).
the only disappointing thing is that ... we forgot to snap snap !
humpf, next time round, have to remember ~

its a stay-at-home-work-overtime saturday again.
need to clear work, coz am going on leave from wed onwards, for about a week.
hopefully can finish quite abit.

Dear dear brought me out that evening. Went to Orchard as I wanted to get my fav mooncakes: Rum and Raisin with chocolate truffles..Yumyum! Then we went to CrystalJade at Taka to have our dinner... super full~

Initially wanted to go clubbing but dear not in the mood, neither were his friends. Boo~ :( But after some discussions with his friend, Tommy, we decided to meet at East Coast for bowling sessions instead... That was my 3rd bowling session tilldate.

Upon reaching East Coast, his friend and his gf were late, so I sat in the car and started eating my mooncake... lol~ Dear wasn't impressed with the mooncakes at all...but this was good in a way... This means I could gobble all up myself. lol~

After they came, we went to the beach for a stroll. Climbed up the plattform "dunno what to call it lah...the one made of stones/boulders and super steep de" and sat there chatting (Both couples sat quite far from each other...). Dear and I talked about the past month, how we got together and bla bla bla...Found it rather sweet...Hope I won't suffer from dementia for these memories...

After chatting for about half an hour, the 4 of us met up again for the bowling...As usual, being the lovely bowler, I started to help clean up the 垄沟s...Guess the owners love novices like me...spent money to help them wash the drains. lol~ Anyway, I'm indeed the last among the 4 of us...but still enjoyed myself. Looking forward to bowling with my twintwin... :P

Initially planned to go Ubin for cycling but both dear n I were feeling lazy, thus we went to KTV at Serangoon instead. Fetched his brother, Ryan from Novena and we went to Aston's for dinner. Not that fantastic as told by dear but still acceptable. Dear 开心就好了. Sang till about 11+pm before their dad started to give chasing calls. Ryan is having school tomorrow... So dear sent both of us back... yawn~ Home sweet home!

Monday and Tuesday (28 - 29 Sep 09)

Nothing much except work work n work...But with twin twin back, life @ work and after work is so much more enjoyable...Knew twintwin had her craving for Garlic Prawns and we went to HV for it on Tuesday... Had a little quarrel with dear that night too... :(

Wednesday, 30 Sep 09

Promised to go dear's house for dinner after work (twintwin is meeting her friends today)...Kept calling dear on his mobile but he did not answer. But still went ahead to slowly made my way to his house... Then dear finally called me when I was at Outram station, he was having a headache and went striaght home to rest after work...Poor boy. So I did not trouble him to fetch me from the bus-stop this time round(used to him fetching me from the Mrt station by car so not to familiar with which bus-stop to alight). Took 72 from Hougang station and decided to go to the upper deck as I would be able to get a better glimpse of the buildings up front...After a few stops, I kinda saw the Festive Market (Shopping mall near dear's house) and seeing quite a number of people alighting at this stop, I gei kiang and alighted too...As it was already dark, I took about 5 mins to familiarise myself with the surroundings...And I realised I alighted a stop earlier...Damn! Was wearing my C&K heels that day, walked all the way to his house (having sore feet by the time I reached...) Luckily dear was awake enough to open the door for me. Accompanied him till 11+ that night and took a cab home. Tired~

Thursday, 01 Oct 09 (Children's day)

Went to office as usual. After settling down, I asked Twintwin to come over to my area as I told her there's something very important and serious which I've to tell her... As she came closer...I took her hand and said... ... "Happy Children's Day!" Hahahaha~Decided to play this prank on the girls in the room (Yvonne and Elaine). Elaine looked really worried when we told her that there's something serious which we have to inform her. Even Faith came into the room...Lol~

After work, TT and I went to HV to meet Chee Wee and Terence with his gf (Fanny). Garlic prawns for tt and me again...lol~ 2nd time meeting Chee Wee and Terence...and they started to suan me as well (but luckily not as jialat as they did to tt) Lol~ Went to Walawala after dinner to have a drink. Chatted for an hour and it's time to go home. Called dear to see how he was and he sounded pissed over the phone...Guess he heard Terence's voice in the b/g...Sianz~

Anyway, called dad to fetch tt and me home...Stood near the ATM chatting for about 20mins before daddy came... Home sweet home~

Both TT and I took half day (pm). Left office at 1+pm though...Took a cab down to Bugis to meet Dorries and my new-found friend, Canny. TT knew both of them through forums and they became close friends over the years. :)

We had our lunch at 鱼和公司. Guess it's my aura this time and the service staff gave us the grilled calamari for free!!! (ok lah...I'm not that powerful, the kitchen staff forgot about our calamari and when they finally served us, i casually asked if that was on the house...and Tada!!! It was not reflected on the bill)

Went shopping after that at the Bugis street. Nothing interests me since I'm already going to BKK next Thursday...

Met Dear in the evening...he seems pissed...boo~ (don't wish to update upsetting things in this blog...)

Anyway, everything is fine again... :)
Need to rush off for my pedicure le... ...
